Puntarelle in anchovy sauce




Ingredients for six persons:
  • 400 grams of puntarelle
  • 100 grams of anchovies
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • oil
Season the puntarelle with a sauce of anchovy and garlic crushed in a mortar with oil and vinegar. Let them macerate in a deck cup for about one hour before serving.
